We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hunter purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your boots or accessories back into their original Hunter box and include all original tags and protective inserts.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of reaching our warehouse.
